The Clarification: Who Received Vouchers?

Who Are Eligible for Binance Aid in the Philippines – List of Areas
However, Binance Charity clarified that not all Filipino Binance users had received the $80 in BNB token vouchers, but only those with addresses in their KYC in the municipalities and provinces below:
- Bogo,
- San Remigio,
- Medellin,
- Tabogon,
- Tabuelan,
- Sogod,
- San Francisco,
- Carmen,
- Madridejos,
- Catmon,
- Santa Fe,
- Bantayan,
- Looc, and
- Davao Oriental.
Binance users in these areas had automatically received the airdrop, the NGO said, where the snapshot was taken on October 9, 2025.
Meanwhile, aside from area of residency, there was also a criterion used for Filipino Binance users to receive the voucher, which was about being non-dormant users. These are KYC-verified users who had active transactions of any size in the last 14 days before the snapshot.
“This approach was taken to ensure the support reached as many impacted users as possible.
The price of BNB we distributed is based on the October 9, 2025 price snapshot.

For those who think they are qualified to receive the voucher but did not, Binance Charity said that they should contact the 24/7 Customer Support for assistance.
Should Those Who Received Voucher Pay Taxes?
For a scenario like this, Binance Charity shared that it is best for those beneficiaries to consult a qualified accountant or tax consultant to clear things up.
“Every citizen has a responsibility to report their taxable income in accordance with the provisions of the Philippines law. Binance does not offer tax or financial advisory services.”
